The Marine Chandlery Rewards Scheme is an in-store and online rewards programme provided by Marine Chandlery Ltd. These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, govern the entire Marine Chandlery Rewards Scheme, and any participation in the programme constitutes your acceptance of them. The Rewards Scheme account, vouchers, and other related materials, in any form, are issued by and remain the property of Marine Chandlery Ltd, which reserves the right to terminate the programme or alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Eligibility:
All members of the Marine Chandlery Rewards Scheme must be residents of the UK and at least 18 years of age.
Registration:
You can register for the Marine Chandlery Rewards Scheme either online at www.marinechandlery.com or in any UK Marine Chandlery Ltd store. Members must provide accurate personal details during registration and keep Marine Chandlery Ltd informed of any changes. Updates can be made online, in-store, by emailing sales@marinechandlery.com, or by calling 0191 429 7309. A full name and address are required to create and maintain your account. An email address is necessary to receive Rewards Scheme vouchers and statements.
Use of Personal Data:
Personal data collected for the Marine Chandlery Rewards Scheme is securely stored and used solely for the purpose of administering the programme, including sending vouchers, statements, and catalogues. Marine Chandlery Ltd takes all reasonable steps to ensure your personal data is protected against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, or destruction. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Scheme Usage:
The Marine Chandlery Rewards Scheme is not a credit, debit, or cheque guarantee programme. It cannot be used in conjunction with any Marine Chandlery Credit Account.
Earning Points:
Rewards Scheme points are earned on purchases made both online at www.marinechandlery.com and in-store at any Marine Chandlery Ltd location. Members earn 100 points for every £1 spent. The value of points is 100 points = £1. Marine Chandlery Ltd reserves the right to modify this points-to-currency ratio at any time without notice.
Redeeming Points:
Points accumulated through the Rewards Scheme can be redeemed in any Marine Chandlery Ltd store or online at www.marinechandlery.com.
Communication:
Rewards Scheme members will receive newsletters and selected catalogues via email throughout the year. Members may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by contacting a staff member in-store, calling Marine Chandlery Ltd at 0191 429 7309, or emailing sales@marinechandlery.com. You can also unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any Marine Chandlery newsletter. Upon unsubscribing, any accrued or issued vouchers may be forfeited.
Points and Vouchers:
Marine Chandlery Ltd reserves the right to modify the number of points required to issue a voucher. Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be provided if the voucher exceeds the transaction amount. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be bought, sold, or traded in any way.
Scheme Security:
The safekeeping of your Marine Chandlery Rewards Scheme details and vouchers is your responsibility. Marine Chandlery Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from failure to secure these items. If your details are lost or stolen, please notify Marine Chandlery Ltd immediately so that replacements can be issued. If your account details are subsequently found, please return them to any Marine Chandlery Ltd store.
Programme Misuse:
Marine Chandlery Ltd may decline to issue, withdraw, or cancel Rewards Scheme vouchers and/or remove a member from the programme at any time if there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the programme, breach of these terms and conditions, or any behaviour related to the programme or Marine Chandlery Ltd that involves theft, misconduct, abusive behaviour, or providing false information.
Inactivity:
Members who do not use their Marine Chandlery Rewards Scheme for five years will be removed from the programme. If removed, members will need to reapply if they wish to rejoin.
Privacy:

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
